„General electrical safety & electromagnetic compatibility tests and prior art patent research for innovative skincare devices”

OBJECTIVES

1. Carry out general electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility tests in accordance with the LVD and EEC Directives in order to apply for the CE-marking on DermaLuminal skin care devices, which would enable the company to place the equipment on the market.
2. Conducting prior art and novelty research on proprietary technology in intellectual property databases to determine which patents the company can apply for in US and EU.

RESULTS

1. Tests according to LVD & EEC directives were successfully carried out and the company will be able to apply for the CE-marking for the innovative devices.
2. Prior art novelty reasearch on proprietary technology was successfully carried out and the company has the neccessary information to continue with the patent process in the US and EU Patent Offices.
